These terms govern your use of Garden next Door (https://gnextd.io), operated by Markus Tanz, Trabalhador Independente, NIF: PT284143669, Aldeia do Golf, 8125-433 Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

You retain ownership of content you create (listings, images, text). By publishing content, you grant Garden next Door a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You may not use the platform to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Spam, harass, or impersonate others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

Garden next Door is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be removed or anonymized.

• Content you have contributed may remain available on the platform in anonymized form to preserve discussions, references, and system integrity.

We reserve the right to retain anonymized data where it is necessary for legitimate interests, including maintaining platform functionality and preventing abuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Algarve, Portugal.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
